You can register, place orders and make payments without any doubts – we have provided the highest security level for our cooperation, so that you can purchase your garments without any worries.

Woolenfashion never uses and shares the information obtained from you online and does not sell and lease consumer contact information to other market participants.


www.woolenfashion.com offers only 100% natural material (woolen) products - garments and accessories. Woolenfashion does not provide misleading information to consumers on the used materials, design and meet high production standards.

Return policy:

All items are made to order - are a custom combination of size and colour and cannot be returned or exchanged according to the Regulations of the Republic of Latvia Article 15.3. "products made according to the instructions of the customer cannot be replaced or returned".

If you have any questions about sizes, materials etc. - please do not hesitate to contact us. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know immediately so the issue can be resolved. 

If for some/certain reason, return of the item is required--

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and the item must also have its original label. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original/initial cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Force majeure

Woolenfashion shall not be held responsible for any delays, failures to fulfil obligation or any other failures that occurred due to circumstances and obstacles that are beyond our reasonable control, which include but are not limited to strikes, governmental actions, wars or national emergencies, terrorism threats or acts of terrorism, environmental or climatic anomalies, failure of performance by a third party, internet connection issues as well as hardware and software malfunction. In the event that any such force majeure occurs we will try to eliminate the delays in the shortest time possible.
